Patricia joined the organization in 1999. She held the position of Human Resource Director with one group of its predecessor companies where she was responsible for all Human Resource activities along with merger integration activities. A certified Senior Professional Human Resources, Patricia has over 18 years Human Resources experience.

Patricia has a solid business background having held senior management positions in marketing and sales in addition to Human Resources in a large graphic arts distribution company for over 11 years. Additionally, she worked for Mobil Chemical in lab support and customer service functions prior to moving to Florida from New York.

A graduate of Nazareth College, Patricia has her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
