Hank Waters

President & CEO

Mr. Waters joined ArrMaz Custom Chemicals as President in January 2009.  He had most recently served as President of Ashland Chemical's Performance Materials and Water Technologies Divisions.

Hank's career spans numerous roles with Air Products, GE Plastics and Ashland, where he also served as a Corporate Vice President and President of Ashland's Distribution Company.

Hank is a graduate of Ohio University attaining a BS degree in Chemical Engineering, as well as, a graduate of the General Manager's Program from the Harvard Business School. Hank and his family reside in Lithia, Florida.
