Glen Varnadoe

CEO and President

Glen Varnadoe has forty years of phosphate mining and chemical industry experience with International Minerals & Chemicals, CF Industries and ArrMaz Custom Chemicals. He has an extensive manufacturing background in the phosphate mining and fertilizer industry and is widely known and respected within that industry.

Mr. Varnadoe joined ArrMaz in 1983 after serving 15 years in various supervisory manufacturing positions with CF Industries. During his 16-year tenure as Vice-President, Sales & Marketing for ArrMaz, he was instrumental in establishing the company as the North American leading Reagent supplier to phosphate producers.

Mr. Varnadoe was appointed President of AMCC in 1999 and became CEO in 2006. He has continued to guide the company's global growth, acquisitions and multiple private equity recapitalizations.
