Paul Kern

Paul began his professional career in sales and marketing with Johnson & Johnson.  In 1984 he joined NuFarm Specialty Products as their Sales Manager for their specialty products business group.  With NuFarm Paul played an active and leading role in growing the global low density ammonium nitrate coatings and additives business.  While there, he also was a co-developer of a patent for high density ammonium nitrate, as he progressed from various positions within NuFarm including Vice-President Sales, General Manager and finally being named President in  August 2002.
 
In December 2004, Lobeco products and Galoryl products were acquired by ArrMaz Custom Chemicals from NuFarm and Paul joined the management team at ArrMaz. 

Paul is a 1976 graduate of The University of Denver, with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and finance. He currently resides in Beaufort, South Carolina with his wife and has two children.
